Health Professions Advising at The Career Center
Have questions about preparing for a career in the health professions? Speak to a Health Professions Advisor. Our advisors are knowledgeable about the health professions, campus majors, prerequisite courses, resources on and off campus, and the application processes for health professional programs.
Individual Advising
Our individual advising appointments are 30 minute sessions with a health professions advisor. This is a great opportunity to get your questions and concerns answered. Make an appointment by calling (217) 333-0820.
Health Professions Drop-in Advising
Health Professions Drop-in Advising are 10-15 minute sessions with a health professions advisor. They are intended to help you with quick questions. Drop-in hours are Tuesday and Friday from 1:30-3:00pm.
