The Senior Assistant Director for Employer Relations and Professional Connections is a member of The Career Center's Leadership Team whose portfolio includes oversight of the personnel and budget for the Employer Relations and Professional Connections team. This role oversees development, delivery, and assessment of services, resources, and programs that enhance career readiness competencies of Illinois students. It is specifically responsible for developing strategies to connect students to experiential learning, internship, and employment opportunities, as well as fostering relationships with external stakeholders and campus partners who provide experiential learning opportunities and/or recruit students for jobs and internships.
